2. Insurance will be mandatorily purchased for each participant in the activity. For any potential accidents during the activity, claims will be handled by the insurance company, with the team leader assisting in the process without assuming specific responsibilities.
3. We will make every effort to ensure the safety of each activity by taking the following appropriate safety measures: We will strictly review the overall safety factor of each itinerary. If any force majeure (such as natural disasters) or situations endangering the life and property of participants occur during the activity, the tour leader has the right to change the route or immediately cancel the activity to ensure the safety of all participants.
4. Participants under 12 years old must be accompanied by a guardian. By bringing minors to this outdoor activity, guardians acknowledge they have assessed the risks of outdoor sports and agree that the team leader and other participants shall not be held liable for any accidents or personal injuries that may occur during the activity.
5. Minors aged 12-18 who independently register for the activity indicate they have obtained parental consent. The guardian has assessed the risks of outdoor sports and agrees that neither the group leader nor other participants shall be held liable for any accidents or personal injuries occurring during the outdoor activity.
6. This activity is entirely voluntary, with participants assuming all risks and responsibilities. Participating parents should be fully capable individuals, and registered minors should possess independent living abilities. No civil compensation liability or supplementary civil compensation liability shall be assumed towards any individual or institution. The organizers do not guarantee or provide any safety assurance for participants' personal safety or property. All participants shall join this activity under the principle of "best efforts in assistance, self-assumption of risks." The activity initiators and organizers shall not bear any legal or financial responsibility.
7. All participants must assess their physical and mental condition based on the itinerary details. Those with medical conditions such as heart disease, asthma, acrophobia, or other conditions unsuitable for outdoor activities should not register for this activity. Any accidents resulting from concealing one's medical conditions will be the sole responsibility of the participant.
8. All participants in this activity must follow the arrangements of the tour leader during the activity, refrain from leaving the group without permission, and avoid altering the itinerary without authorization. If there is an emergency requiring itinerary adjustments, participants should discuss with the tour leader and obtain approval before taking action. The organizer shall not bear any legal liability or compensation responsibility for any accidental injuries or losses caused by participants violating regulations, leaving the group on their own, or other personal reasons.
9. In the event that vehicle damage or personal injury accidents cannot be avoided despite the vehicle's inherent safety and the driver's utmost efforts to ensure safe driving, each party shall bear their respective responsibilities in accordance with relevant national laws. Before resorting to legal action, team members should engage in thorough and amicable negotiations. During the activity, if encountering danger, it is believed that all other team members will make every effort to provide assistance. However, even so, if harm cannot be completely avoided, the declarer shall not claim any compensation from other members unless such harm is caused intentionally by other members.
10. If malicious infringement of others or other criminal acts are involved during the activity, it will not be covered by this disclaimer, and the corresponding legal responsibilities must be borne.
