The guide was very friendly and competent. She did her job perfectly, speaking fluent and clear English throughout the entire trip. The coach was another story. They advertise it as a convertible, and despite the beautiful weather, they didn't open it, claiming there was wind at departure. There was no wind, which significantly detracted from the experience. They should consider turning it so it opens up if they deem it necessary. The tour itself lasted 1 hour and 30 minutes, when they advertised an hour. The return trip was like something out of a Formula 1 car; we took a different route and had a terrible time. It took me days to write this review because I wanted to be as objective and offer constructive criticism as possible.★

My husband and I were the only people on the tour so we had a very personalised tour. Marina was excellent and told us so much about Genoa and its food and food culture. We tasted some amazing food and got to see some areas of Genoa that tourists might not normally see. Marina gave us some restaurant suggestions and we look forward to trying these. Thank you Marina. We thoroughly enjoyed your tour.★

Have to say I was highly surprised by the 2 hour tour. Well worth the money and girls were very informative regarding Genoa. Really enjoyed this and would recommend this to anyone.
