This tour covers about 1 mile at a leisurely pace. When we're inside the stadium, we'll have headsets so you can clearly hear your guide.
There are no cloakroom or locker facilities, so visitors with suitcases or large luggage will be denied access.
Guests aren't allowed to stay in the stadium after the tour. Also, the museum is composed of three floors, and once you finish one, returning to a previous floor isn't allowed.
You can visit the pitch-side benches and changing rooms on most days. Access is not possible on the days before, during, or after a home game.
Currently, the itinerary is temporarily reduced due to refurbishment work that limits access to the presidential box and press room. Access to certain areas is subject to the stadium's discretion, but your guide will ensure you get to explore as much as possible within the open sections.
