On my last return from Hanoi, the immigration process took an extremely long time, so I decided to try this service this time. Even though it was a late-night flight, the airport in Hanoi was so crowded that they were restricting entry. Seeing that, I was so glad I used this service. After checking in at the counter, all the immigration procedures were completed in just about 5 minutes. I highly recommend it.

We had a great day on this tour. We were picked up in Ho Chi Minh City and went by bus to see the Cu Chi tunnels from the Vietnam War. It was very interesting and informative, and the guide explained a lot. Walking inside the tunnels was amazing - very narrow and unforgettable. After that we had lunch, and it was a big surprise: a lot of food and everything was very tasty. Then we went to the Mekong River and had a nice boat ride, which was really fun. We also saw how coconut candies are made and visited a small honey farm. Our guide Luis was excellent. He was very friendly, helpful, answered all our questions, and clearly cared about making the tour enjoyable. We really appreciated his effort. Highly recommended!

Even though it was a long one-day tour, it felt like it went by in a flash. The car was very deluxe, so we were able to spend the whole day without feeling tired. Our guide, Benny, was young, but he was very considerate and always thought of us. He was a very kind guide. Our driver, Ann, also drove carefully, so we felt at ease during the long drive. The only thing I would like to see improved is that the menu at the restaurant could be more seafood-focused.


