Itinerary
Get ready for an unforgettable maritime experience sailing the waters of the legendary Beagle Channel. Our adventure kicks off at Ushuaia's picturesque tourist pier, where we'll board a comfy catamaran ready to set sail. As we move away from the coast, the majestic Ushuaia Bay unfolds before our eyes, offering panoramic views of the city and the surrounding mountains.

Our journey takes us through Paso Chico, the entrance to the Beagle Channel, a maritime strait full of history and natural beauty. Once in the channel, we'll head to our first destination: Bird Island. This wildlife sanctuary is home to a diverse array of Fueguina birds. From the deck of the catamaran, you'll get a close-up look at skuas, black-browed albatrosses, steam ducks, cauquenes, kelp gulls, and gray gulls as they fly and perch on the rocks.

We'll continue sailing towards Isla de los Lobos, where we'll find a lively colony of fur seals and sea lions. These marine mammals will delight you with their games and vocalizations as they relax on the rocks. Both islands are part of the Bridges archipelago, a group of islands that are home to rich biodiversity.

Our next stop is the iconic Les Eclaireurs Lighthouse, known as "The Illuminators." This lighthouse, perched on a small rocky islet, is a symbol of Ushuaia and a landmark for sailors. Here, you can admire the colonies of imperial cormorants and rock cormorants that nest on the rocks. You'll also dive into the story of the tragic sinking of the SS Monte Cervantes, a transatlantic liner that was shipwrecked in these waters in 1930.

The adventure continues with a stop at Puerto Karelo, an island in the Bridges archipelago. Here, we'll take a 20-minute guided hike to explore authentic Yámanas concheros, ancient indigenous settlements that left their mark on the region. From a panoramic viewpoint, you can snap spectacular photos of the surrounding landscape.

As we head back to Ushuaia, you'll have the chance to admire the impressive views of the mountain range that surrounds the city and the lush nature that embraces it. This tour, full of historical and scenic value, will let you discover fascinating places you can't miss.
