Huanglong Waterfall is one of the five largest waterfalls in the ground. The waterfall flows down a bell-shaped orange-red travertine body with a drop of more than 60 meters. Since the pyrite (FeS2) contained in the Permian coal seam is easily oxidized and hydrated into iron oxides or hydroxides under surface conditions, the stream water upstream of this waterfall just originates from or passes through the Permian coal seam, and the waterfall water is rich in trivalent iron. Therefore, the travertine body formed by calcium precipitation in this waterfall is orange-red due to the iron content. In addition, the long-term scouring of the waterfall has turned the rolling stones at the bottom of the valley orange-red due to iron staining, so it is named Huanglong Waterfall. Under the sunlight, the waterfall splashes, rainbows appear, and the iron stains the bottom of the valley, making the rocks colorful and magnificent. If you observe the bottom of the waterfall from the covered bridge, the travertine looks like a "golden turtle" with its head raised, enjoying the clear water bath, so this scene is also called the Golden Turtle Playing with the Waterfall.Enshi City · 30.8 km from downtown

You can visit the Enshi Family Miao Autonomous Prefecture Museum by swiping your ID card after making an appointment. The museum has three basic displays: "Wuling Footnotes", "Enshi Memory" and "Ecological Enshi". They respectively reflect Ba culture, cliff burial culture, chieftain culture, national folk culture and red revolutionary culture. Visit the 2nd and 3rd floors one by one to learn about people's production and living conditions and social outlook in various historical periods. Learned that from the Opium War to the founding of New China, the Enshi area was rich in humanities and talents. I saw the precious natural resources and product resources in Enshi area.

The Taihang Mountains here are full of beautiful mountains and rivers, colorful forests, and persimmon trees with yellow lanterns hanging on their branches. In the square at the entrance of the village, freshly processed radish strips are drying. These dried vegetables, which were prepared for self-use in the winter to solve the problem of vegetable shortage, are now also "hot items" for tourists entering the mountains. Mozigou, located at the junction of Hebei and Shanxi and the eastern foot of the middle section of Taihang Mountains, is sandwiched between two mountain ridges, like a millstone hanging on the Taihang Mountains. "See Mozigou again" is the welcoming words on the screen wall at the entrance of the village.

This scenic spot is the most distinctive place in the Enshi Grand Canyon. The three adjacent peaks cleverly form the shape of mountains and rivers, so it is named Dadi Shanchuan, which is also a very appropriate name. The scenery here is also very beautiful.

【Enshi Wind and Rain Bridge】Located on the Qingjiang River in Enshi, it was built in March 2004. The bridge lies across the Qingjiang River, connecting the east and west banks of the Qingjiang River. It is a pedestrian bridge, facing Shizhou Avenue in the east and Fenghuangshan Forest Park in the west. The main bridge is divided into two floors, the first floor is the pedestrian bridge deck, the bridge is about 18 meters wide and 96 meters long; the second floor is the "Qinghe Garden" teahouse. The whole bridge has both ancient charm and national characteristics, as well as modern atmosphere and cultural landscape. "A bridge, a building, a poem, a thousand miles of mountains and rivers, a thousand paintings". It tells the experience and prosperity of Enshi Wind and Rain Bridge. The Wind and Rain Bridge in the night is brightly lit, even more dazzling.

There are places to eat, drink and play nearby, which are especially popular with both adults and children. The environment in the National Garden community in the ancient city is elegant, and the commercial products in the ancient city are of good quality and low price. From a distance, it has the flavor of an ancient city!

The most beautiful spot in the Sobuya Stone Forest Scenic Area. It is a little difficult to go up and down the stairs because the road is very narrow, but the stones here are really spectacular and peculiar. Some places are like a maze, surrounded by black waves.

Most people come to Enshi to see the mountains and rivers, but this time I specifically planned a day for something thrilling. It was really fun challenging myself with friends; we laughed at each other at first, then encouraged each other to be brave. The view of the Qingjiang River from high above was also beautiful. This kind of experience is much more memorable than just visiting tourist attractions.
