We had an amazing time! Andre’s was kind, entertaining, and very knowledgeable. We never felt rushed and our questions were kindly answered. We learned a lot about chocolate history and chocolate making! Fun and delicious

Reviews: Sensory Workshop with the Finest Cacao from Peru
Guest User2026-10-30
I was the only one in the workshop, and Sauro and Caroline took excellent care of me, explaining the entire production process from bean to cocoa in a clear and informative way using PowerPoint. The many taste tests were particularly appealing – they challenged both my sense of smell and taste. The highlight, of course, was decorating my own chocolate bar.

Our trip to Colca Canyon was fantastic! We had been debating whether or not to do this given the early morning start (3am) but even before we got to Condor Cross my husband and I agreed the trip had already been worth it. The view across the mountains and valleys are just spectacular and breathtaking. Our guide was Angel and he was amazing - so knowledgeable, his English was brilliant and he was able to answer every question. I could not recommend him enough! He was the perfect guide. We were super lucky to see the Condors (~25) soaring above us, as well as alpacas, llama and vicuñas. It’s a long day but totally worth it!!!
