Smooth process and helpful staff!
Booking and boarding were very straightforward, as long as you follow the clear instructions provided, getting your ticket and boarding the boat is super easy. My ferry was scheduled for 10AM. I walked from my hotel to the pier around 9:15 AM and waited until about 10:10 AM to board, so there was a slight delay, but nothing major.
The staff were wonderful and helped carry my heavy luggage onto the boat, which was a huge relief! Do keep in mind that this route makes a stop at another island first before heading to the main island, so factor that in if you have a tight schedule. Overall, a hassle-free experience!★

He was just a good driver, he took us where we needed to go and waited for as long as we needed. We were driving from Sanur to Uluwatu and in between we went for a walk in the park, and the driver was waiting for us. Overall, everything was great!★

Was an amazing trip, I went with a company called Tanis, who helped you from start to finish, and ensure you got on the boat. When you got to the other side, your baggage was all taken and put onto a mat, the system went well. On my return journey, they just dumped all the luggage on the pier, and everybody was just fighting to get to there’s no organisation. That was with a different company.★

I highly recommend it. We bought tickets from Padang Bay to Gili Air on the Wahana boat. The boat was super comfortable, new, and clean. Everything was well-organized and easy to understand. The people working for this company are committed to ensuring you board the boat and are very helpful. A day before departure, they messaged us on WhatsApp with a transfer offer. The price was cheaper than a taxi. The driver arrived on time, having previously sent us our boat tickets on WhatsApp, sent us the geolocation of our check-in location, and drove us directly to the check-in counter for their boat. The boat wasn't overcrowded, we had a very comfortable ride, and we only stopped at one island along the way. The journey from Bali to Air took two hours, including the stopover. Kudos to the carrier. Oh yeah! By the way, we used Ekajaya before; it's considered the best, so there you have it. Ekajaya's boats are a bit tired now, with cockroaches and very dense crowding. Perhaps because it's so heavily advertised. We used one to return from the islands, so we have something to compare it to.★
