Kevin, the guide, and Gabriel, the driver, were extremely personable. Kevin was super knowledgeable and brought an element of humour to what is a long day to ensure people remain engaged. I booked the tour through *** and chose the Hotel Pick up option for us. The day before the tour the time for pick up and all the details was confirmed. On the tour our guides were Martin, Norma and Eduardo who was wonderful through out the tour. Martin was very knowledgeable on the mayan history and explained all the details when visiting all the places. Highly recommendchosing this tour★

Had an amazing time, it is an all day event. Be ready for it. We were able to get two tickets for $339. Left the hotel at 7 am and got back at 8 pm. Gave us plenty of water bottles, sandwiches when we got the bus. All you could eat buffets. Great sights to see, definitely has made my trip here.★

A fun activity, but it's not really in the jungle. Don't expect to see many animals. There was a crocodile, but was it really a real crocodile? It didn't look like one. It was just sitting in front of a house's gate. I highly doubt it. There were two iguanas perched in a tree. Most of the activity consisted of several boat rides, and the time spent in the jungle was quite short. We couldn't go snorkeling because, yes, it was windy. It could be a good activity with children.
