Tatiana was the best tour guide 💜 she’s super nice, warm, and professional, and really went above and beyond to make the experience special. I took the stargazing tour from Banff to Lake Minnewanka and Two Jack Lake. Unfortunately the weather was awful that night, and the sky didn’t clear up at 9 pm as expected. However, Tatiana decided to stay a little longer with us despite the freezing temperatures, and we were lucky enough to see the sky gradually clear. We ended up seeing so many bright stars and even shooting stars! Tatiana also shared interesting information about the constellations and the lakes we visited. She even prepared hot chocolate to keep us warm and set up chairs with blankets while we waited. These details made such a difference. Another group left earlier and they weren’t able to see the stars. Thanks Tatiana for your kindness and dedication, if it wasn’t for you, we wouldn’t have seen the sky so full of stars. You’re the very best! 💫

We joined this tour in late September. It was given in both English and Chinese, and our guide Lisa and driver James did a great job, thank you. The itinerary order was different from what is shown on the website; as Lisa explained, the change meant we arrived at each lake at the best time of day, and we saw both Moraine Lake and Lake Louise at their most beautiful. We spent about an hour at each lake and still visited many other places. Our group was around 40 people, but everyone kept to the schedule well, and we managed to see all the essential spots in one day. On the way back, Lisa dropped guests off at their different hotels. There were mandatory a $5 customer fee and a $20 service fee per head. I think this is their version of a tip. If you want a relaxing tour, this one may be too tight. But if you want to see everything in one day, I recommend it.

Thank you so much! We had a wonderful day! Alan was right on time, very knowledgeable about the area, and took us to some beautiful spots. He even helped take group photos for us! Having water provided in the car was a thoughtful touch, and we really appreciated how easy it was to reach both of you whenever we needed anything. Today I went to Moraine Lake and Lake Louise with Jeff, and it was a fantastic experience! He picked me up directly from Calgary this morning, which was incredibly convenient for a solo traveler. Jeff was a wonderful person; he was very patient and considerate throughout the trip, and the schedule was well-organized without constantly rushing me. Both Moraine Lake and Lake Louise were absolutely gorgeous, and I had a wonderful and relaxing day. I'm very grateful to Jeff for his care and transportation throughout the day. I'll definitely recommend him to any friends visiting Calgary or Banff next time!
