We wanted to have network after we arrived Dubai, it worked. We activated the eSim one day before our departure, after landed in Dubai, we restated the phone, it worked straight away. When we arrived Rome, it worked too. The only thing was no data on the last day, it may due to time differences when we activated the Sim. Not an issue.★

I had the opportunity to use an eSIM while staying around the Melbourne CBD area. The signal strength was generally stable and worked quite well in most locations.
One of the highlights is definitely the price — it’s one of the most affordable eSIM options available for Melbourne, which is great for budget-conscious travelers.
That said, the daily 1GB data allowance tended to run out rather quickly. While WhatsApp functioned smoothly, accessing social media apps was noticeably slow and often struggled to load properly.
I also experienced some interference when switching between mobile data and public Wi-Fi in the CBD — I often needed to manually turn one off for the other to work correctly.
In the evening, even when some data was still available, the connection speed dropped significantly.
Overall, it’s a convenient and economical option for light use, especially messaging, but may not be ideal for heavier browsing or streaming during the day.
