Great day to for our family to Mt Fuji. We were lucky to get a glimpse of Mt Fuji as the clouds cleared which is rare in July. Driver was on time, professional and helpful, car was clean. We requested baby seats and they were provided.★

The itinerary was very well planned, and our guide, Xiao Wang, explained everything at each stop and even took photos for us. Lake Yamanaka, Lake Kawaguchi, and Oishi Park were all so beautiful. The weather was perfect when we went, and we were lucky enough to see Mount Fuji. It was a truly worthwhile trip! I'm looking forward to going back again for a few more days so I can experience Fuji-Q Highland and the Hippo Bus.★

This was a tour I booked in a hurry during an unplanned trip to Tokyo because I really wanted to see Mount Fuji. Coco was so kind and speaks Korean, Japanese, and Chinese exceptionally well. She explained every detail at each stop what we shouldn't miss and even gave us tips to avoid being scammed at tourist attractions, making it a truly fulfilling trip. We met a really nice guy from Northeast China. He told us which restrooms were clean and where we could see the best views. He was so thoughtful! It was pouring rain that day, and we couldn't see Mount Fuji at all. He said he could just edit it up when he got home. He also told us the time for each attraction we visited and adjusted accordingly. He was amazing!★

I was the only person on the bus who spoke Chinese. After getting off the bus, the tour guide introduced the sights to me by himself, which was quite a unique experience. I recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes, as you need to walk up some stairs to see the Asama Shrine and the waterfall. On the way back in the afternoon, I finally saw the shy Mount Fuji from the bus. Lucky trip END (The seats on the 20-person minibus are a bit uncomfortable and not good for sleeping, so be prepared 😅).
