This was a great experience to do! Sam takes you to the local markets to choose the meat and veg you would like to include in your dishes. You then learn how to cook 4-5 different dishes and help prepare them! Very informative and learnt all about spices too- you also get some recipes to take home! Our favourite was the pumpkin curry - it was fantastic! Highly recommend including this into your visit!
