The local team is very professional, with their own store in the town. The store has a parking lot, training room, changing room, and a huge cultural and creative gift shop. They are very professional! After four hours, it was not as tiring as I had imagined. On the contrary, it was full of fun and a first-time experience for me.

Overall, booking through Trip.com was excellent, and customer service was readily available. Although the flight was cancelled due to weather conditions on the day of the trip, we were able to reschedule for the following day directly through the counter. However, the original hiking tour was full, so we opted for the shorter 45-minute helicopter tour instead. Trip.com also assisted with the refund.

The driver and guide service was excellent! They provided detailed introductions to the scenery, culture, history, and economy along the way, and offered water and snacks. The itinerary was very well-planned, making it a wonderful trip!

Although my 45-minute double helicopter tour was reduced to a 25-minute single helicopter tour, and the weather seemed pretty good that day, the tour was still shortened, I still give it five stars. The experience was truly amazing; the helicopter ride takes you to the vicinity of the mountaintop, and the scenery and experience are unforgettable. The moment the helicopter soars over the ridge, the magnificent Southern Alps seem almost within reach.

This was fantastic! First of all, the service was excellent. They kept confirming our information before we left and reminded us of things to do once we arrived. I contacted them the day before because I had gastroenteritis, and they responded immediately, which made me feel very reassured. The helicopter ride to the glacier was amazing. First, we were lucky enough to sit in the front row of the helicopter. Then, the instructors were all incredibly professional and very kind. They found scenic spots and ice caves for us to take photos and have fun. It was perfect! šŸ˜ I'm so glad we took the helicopter ride back and forth, because just moving around on the glacier was exhausting! šŸ¤£
