Easy to download and signal is good. Only con is it my esim stopped working for a whole day and I had to contact customer support via wechat and WhatsApp. Customer support was slow and I had to wait for the next day to get assistance

At first, I thought it would be difficult to use, but it turned out to be very easy. The signal works quite well in China, especially outdoors. There can be some issues when going inside buildings, where the signal may not be as strong, but overall it works fine. It’s convenient and easy to use — purchasing, installing, and setting it up only takes a few simple steps. I’m still new to using it, so I may need to figure out how to receive OTPs from Thailand, but overall I’m satisfied with the experience.
