I really enjoyed the cruise, the program, and the staff. The cabins were warm, but it's best to bring warmer clothes as it gets chilly on deck in the evenings. The only downside to this cruise is that no drinks are included in the buffet; tea starts at $2, and alcohol starts at $5. There was a time when they offered free mocktails (actually juice), and coffee and juice were provided at the first breakfast; otherwise, you have to order.

We had an amazing experience on this cruise! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always smiling and ready to help. Our room was spotless and comfortable, with a stunning view over the entire bay, waking up to that scenery was unforgettable. The activities over the two days were well organized and really fun. We truly enjoyed every moment and had such a great time on board. A special mention to our main guide, An Beck, who was fantastic, professional, friendly, and made the whole trip even more memorable. We highly recommend this cruise without hesitation!

We booked our cruise with Taliya to Ha Long Bay and had a very good overall experience. The guide contacts you on WhatsApp the night before to confirm pickup details. We weren’t staying in the Hanoi Old Quarter, so we arranged pickup from a hotel there. Everything was clearly communicated and easy to manage. The bus ride from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay and back was comfortable. Our guide, Alan, kept us informed throughout the trip, explaining the schedule and activities clearly. On board, each family or couple was assigned a dedicated waiter, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The buffet had a good variety of seafood and other dishes. We travelled with our two children and they really enjoyed the experience. The bamboo boat ride was scenic and relaxing, and kayaking was also available. Just remember to keep some small cash for tips (boat rower, waiter, and driver). Also note that drinks is not included. Overall, a smooth, well-run cruise.

The tour on a boat is a must in Catba. Tour bus came to pick us up to the hotel and drop us off after we finished. Everything was well organized and we have plenty of time to rest


