It was a mind blowing experience! They saved my life and wallet haha. So, story short, I booked a very last minute trip and had forgotten to check visa policies since I was sure that On Arrival was after arriving the country. To worsen up, my flight was Feb 18th, when immigration is on Lunar Festival Holiday. Yet I tried to request the visa since in the purchase page it allowed me to chose the date 18th. They walked through my every step, providing guidance and tips. Finally I successfully passed through the immigration and avoided missing the trip and the whole booking money.
