I had a hard time choosing because there were so many options, but I think selecting Iris was the best decision! First of all, the itinerary matched exactly as advertised, and the food was excellent. Other tours usually require an extra fee for kayaks or bamboo boats during the Hang Luon Cave tour, but Iris included them. The boat was very clean and modern, and even had a shower area. Actually, I liked that we weren't riding with large tour groups. Above all, the fact that everything went smoothly and was so enjoyable was thanks to our host and guide, Long. He is truly professional, tries to remember everyone's name, his explanations in the cave were so entertaining, and he takes great photos for us. I sincerely want to thank him and give him my praise! I highly recommend Iris, and if you are planning to book it, please note that Trip.com currently offers the biggest discounts!!★

An experience that lived up to my expectations. The booking was perfect, and instead of the meeting point, a company employee came to get me and escorted me to the bus. The bus was clean and air-conditioned, and the reclining seat was comfortable and had a massage function! A bottle of water and phone charging outlets were available. I slept for three-quarters of the journey, even though there were two scheduled stops, which I didn't use. The very winding road leading to Sapa woke me up. Upon arrival, a free shuttle from the Hong Kong company offered to take me to my hotel, while the bus was being cleaned for the return trip right before our eyes. In short, a reliable and organized company with quality buses. I encourage you to try them without hesitation.★

Ruby's customer service was very prompt in their notifications, and the itinerary was described in great detail.
The cruise segment was well-organized, and the local Vietnamese guide was very responsible, creating a lively atmosphere, and communicating in English was seamless. The buffet lunch was relatively good, and the day trip covered most of the famous attractions. Halong Bay is truly beautiful and well worth seeing.★

Excellent service! We chose a day trip visiting two attractions, and we're very grateful to our guide, Tony/Tien from Wati Company. His service was impeccable, and his explanations were detailed. My mother doesn't speak English, and they even sent her an electronic script in Chinese beforehand so she wouldn't be clueless when we arrived. We would definitely book again if we have the chance.★

Upon arrival, a young man stood in the lounge, took a photo of my passport, practically grabbed my hand, led me to a separate window, and everything was ready. From arrival to boarding the taxi, the entire process took about 25 minutes. I recommend this partner; everything was top-notch. A+ rating.
