Bought the pass for both arrival and departure at Hanoi. Heard that arrival usually takes up to 2hrs but it was alright when I arrived but departure queues were wayyyyyy too long even up till security checks. I'm so glad I got this pass to skip all the queues.β

They greeted me warmly and guided me through the immigration process with great care. Everything was handled so smoothly that I didnβt have to wait in line at all.
What I liked most was how friendly and professional the staff were β always smiling and making me feel comfortable. The payment process was also quick and easy, taking just a few minutes to complete.
