This trip was fantastic! I made many new friends after the trip. Our tour guide, Lucky, was incredibly welcoming, and the restaurant staff were attentive and always smiling. The buffet food was fresh, delicious, and varied. The cruise ship was new, so the interior facilities, such as the tables, chairs, and karaoke machine, were very modern and spacious. This trip was excellent value for money.

Excellent overall experience, friendly crews! A big shout out to the tour guide. He's knowledgeable, caring and patient. The group is not too packed nor crowded, definitely suitable for friends, couples and families. The ferry is newer and better furnished than other ferries in the marina. If you have one day to spare in Hanoi, strongly recommend this tour.

Overall, it was good. I didn't like the bike route; there wasn't enough time in some locations. Overall, the boat route was the highlight of the tour.
