The tour guide personally picked us up from the hotel and provided excellent and responsible service throughout the trip. The five-star Sea Lion cruise ship was also very new, and we were very satisfied with the food, seating arrangements, and explanations. The night before, a Chinese-speaking guide named Ruby added us on WeChat to provide detailed instructions, and she also dropped us off at the hotel that evening. A pleasant day.

Had a great time in Ninh Binh. Such a beautiful part of the world, even on an overcast day. Appreciated that the 3 main parts of the tour were scheduled in a way to get the most of the weather and smaller crowds. The boat tour of Trang An was definitely the favourite part of the tour. The lunch buffet was plentiful. Nothing felt rushed throughout the day. Be sure to take snacks with you. The bus stops on both the way to Ninh Binh and back;however, you get sent through a shop of pricey local goods and trinkets, before getting to the cafe selling hot drinks and sandwiches. Ryan was our fantastic tour guide, keeping us well-informed and looked after with his great knowledge of the area and humourous interactions.

I had an amazing experience on the Full Day City Tour organized by Viet from City Tour, and it truly became one of the highlights of my trip. Our guide, Kenny, was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable, making every stop meaningful and enjoyable. Visiting the beautiful Quang Phu Cau Incense Village was fascinating, where we learned about traditional craftsmanship and captured stunning photos. Lunch at Hanoi Train Street was unique and memorable, offering great food and an authentic local atmosphere. We also explored the historic Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the emotional Hoa Lo Prison, and the peaceful Temple of Literature, where Kenny shared insightful stories that brought history to life. The visit to Tran Quoc Pagoda was calm and beautiful, perfectly ending the cultural journey. Enjoying traditional egg coffee afterward was the perfect final touch. The itinerary was well planned, comfortable, and worth every moment. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to truly experience

The best option to get to know the history of Vietnam and spend time outside of the city. A great blend of nature, outdoor activities and traditional Vietnamese experience. I especially liked the hike, the views, the boat trip and the Pagoda - beautiful places (with all the guide's insides and stories). Both the guide and the driver were very professional and friendly. The trip went smoothly in a pleasurable atmosphere. Totally recommended. Ps the buffet lunch was yummy and with many options to choose from. As a vegetarian I had no issues as well.

I liked everything, the tour was very interesting, the buffet was good, there was plenty to choose from, the nature was super, the only inconvenience was the huge number of tourists.
