I purchased a single fast track service but didn’t realize that the entry and exit fast tracks are different, so I accidentally bought the wrong one.
The staff was extremely helpful and made the process very easy for me. I only needed to add 280,000 VND, and she personally guided me all the way to the gate.
Excellent service and very kind assistance. Highly recommended.★

Jeep tour in Hanoi was an incredible experience that exceeded our expectations. From the vibrant hustle and bustle of the city streets to the stunning historical sites, every moment was captivating. The local guide Freddie and driver Mr. Phong were reliable and shared fascinating stories about the culture and traditions of Vietnam.
We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the delicious street food, tasting various local dishes that truly delighted our taste buds. The scenic views, especially around Hoan Kiem Lake, were absolutely breathtaking.
Overall, the half-day's activities were perfectly organized, making it easy for us to soak in all the beauty and charm Hanoi has to offer. We left with unforgettable memories and a deeper appreciation for this remarkable city.★
