I used the VIP Fast Track service at Tan Son Nhat Airport in Ho Chi Minh City with my grandmother, and I couldn't have been happier with our choice! Upon arrival, a staff member was waiting with a board with our names on it, so we just followed the instructions. While the regular immigration line was incredibly long, we skipped the line and were ushered straight to immigration.
My grandmother especially struggles with standing for long periods of time, but the staff member helped us with our luggage and kept our route very short, making it a breeze. Everything from document submission to immigration was quick and smooth, so we left the airport feeling completely relaxed. I highly recommend this service to anyone traveling with an elderly family member!★

I found it right away because the staff member was holding a picket with the English name I had entered in advance. There were more people at Da Nang Airport than I thought, so if I had waited in that long of a line, it would have taken about two hours longer. But when going to Southeast Asia, it's worth it to use the fast track.★

I recently tried using an eSIM for the first time and, honestly, I’m still a little surprised at how… smooth everything seemed to go. Or at least, I think it went smoothly — it all just kind of worked in this quiet, almost invisible way. There wasn’t one huge, dramatic moment of “wow,” but the overall experience left me with a really good feeling that I can’t fully explain. From the moment I set it up — or maybe “started trying to set it up,” because I wasn’t 100% sure I was doing it right — things just felt strangely easy. I kept expecting something to go wrong, because with tech, something usually does, but… it didn’t. At least, I don’t think it did. Everything connected when it was supposed to, and somehow I was just… online. It was almost suspiciously simple. Throughout the time I used it, I kind of forgot it was even there, which in a way is probably the best sign. I didn’t have to think about it, didn’t have to constantly check anything, didn’t have to fight with weird settings.★
