Booking Taiwan High Speed ​​Rail tickets using Trip is no problem and convenient. However, when I went to pick up my ticket at the Zuoying High Speed ​​Rail station, a female staff member, having just finished serving another customer, immediately placed the handover tag on the counter. Then, when I went to another male staff member at a different counter, she immediately removed the tag and served the next customer. Her service attitude made me feel very uncomfortable.

Five-star hotels are clean and comfortable. The restaurant is not big, but the service is very good. You can tell the chef puts his heart into every dish. Except for the fried shrimp, which had a thicker batter, all the other dishes were good. I had a very pleasant meal.

I used this service for the following routes: Taipei-Tainan, Tainan-Chiayi, Chiayi-Tainan, and Tainan-Taipei. I was able to book online the first time, but after that I couldn't book online and had to book at the counter. Please be careful!
