I appreciate your support.
I was traveling abroad for two weeks in a row.
I applied for eSIM cards for Korea and Taiwan, but I was at a loss as I couldn't use them properly locally, so I contacted support.
It turns out the problem was that the device I was trying to use in Taiwan had the Korean settings. You patiently worked with me and I was able to resolve the issue.
It was reassuring to have support even when I was overseas and unfamiliar with the situation. Thank you.
It's best to avoid traveling abroad for such a short period of time.

The sim worked good. There service is amazing, I had a lot of problems with my phone. They tried to help out. Eventually my phone stopt working so I to buy a new one, they gave me a refund on the GB I didn't use on my phone.★
