Extremely satisfied. They provided dedicated concierge service, so there were no worries about any changes; even if there were, they would notify you promptly. The Phuket tour guide company they partnered with was also very reliable, providing double assurance. I had a very enjoyable but tiring trip, haha!

I had a wonderful time in Phuket. It was great value for money, the customer service was excellent, and they patiently answered all my questions. The tour guide spoke fluent Mandarin, was very funny, and provided detailed explanations throughout the trip. They even took many beautiful photos for us. The boat trip was also a great experience. Overall, it was a very satisfying trip, exceeding all expectations.
