My day trip to Kruja Castle was honestly one of the highlights of my time in Albania. Bledi was our guide — a cool, laid-back guy with a deep knowledge of Albanian history. He shared so much insight without ever making it feel overwhelming. The pace of the tour was smooth and relaxed, and he always checked in to make sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying the experience. Kruja Castle was definitely the standout for me — walking through such an important historical site felt special, especially as someone who loves history. The bazaar was another favorite part, full of charm and character. An overall great day!

amazing, as solo traveller I was impressed by the tour. We were a small group of 4, it combined the nature and hiking with the history. I was pleased to go to the Gambi mountain and Kruje in the same day. the guide answered to all the questions and had a good pace for hiking.

This is the highlight of our weekend trip with Ari. It was short but definitely worth our time and money. We only had a couple of hours left before our flight back to Milan, but Ari made sure that we would enjoy this trip. He picked us up early, grabbed something to eat and drink along the way and headed to our first stop, Lake Bovilla. It was one of the most beautiful sights I’ve ever seen. We went to Kruja afterward. It was a nice city on top of the mountain. Sadly, we weren’t able to go inside the castle as we only had a limited time. Overall, it was a nice and unforgettable trip. We were a bit worried about the timing, but Ari was true to his word that he would bring us to the airport on time, and he did! So, if you’re still in doubt, I’ll vouch for Ari. I promise, it will be worth it.


