Reviews: From Gijón: Covadonga Lakes, Cangas de Onís and Lastres
Guest User2026-10-16
The Spanish speaking people on the tour, got much more information than the English speaking people. The tour was booked as English, but most of the information provided by the tour guide was in Spanish. This was disappointing because I know there were things I would have liked to have known, but were not translated. If you are charging people for an English tour, then you should provide an English tour. Bilingual is fine as long as ALL information is provided in both languages.

Reviews: From Santiago: Ribeira Sacra & Ourense Day Trip

We loved exploring the Ribeira Sacra. It's an area of Galicia that's absolutely worth visiting. The landscapes are breathtaking, and the combination of viewpoints, nature, and heritage makes for a truly enriching excursion. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santiago.

Sonia was an excellent guide! Knowledgeable and attentive, she catered to everyone's needs and answered all our questions. The tour pace was perfect—it was brisk and unhurried. We were part of a larger group, some from Santiago and others from Outense, but we all fit in very well. And Angel, the driver, is a dream driver. That road is tricky in places, but he drove flawlessly. I give them 11 stars and highly recommend them.

Reviews: From Santiago: Ribeira Sacra History & Art Trip with Cruise
Guest User2026-08-11
The route couldn't be more beautiful, and the times and schedules were well organized. The only problem was the guide. She explained practically nothing, and what she did explain was made up. It's as simple as reading about the place you're visiting and saying what it is, not whatever she felt like. Besides that, her attitude was one of apathy and lack of interest.
