The operator replies to messages very fast. Instructions given were very clear the day before. The bus picked up time punctually. The driver, also acts as a guide, Abby is very professional and knowledgeable. He'll give a brief introduction about the surroundings on the way to Milford Sound Cruise. He's a good driver too.. The drive was very smooth and comfortable. Overall, it was a good experience. We were happy to have Abby on that day.

Although the view of the falls from the boat is only one to two minutes close, the entire trip is well-timed, eliminating the need for a six-hour round trip drive. Joining a local tour is the best option.

This is a tour that absolutely requires a private group booking; the round trip takes 12 hours, which is definitely too much for self-driving. The female driver/guide was very professional and enthusiastic, and we saw absolutely stunning scenery throughout the trip. The lunch pack was also incredibly generous. Worth experiencing!

First of all, I must say the bus driver was extremely dedicated and demonstrated very professional qualities; kudos to him! Although the day trip lasted twelve hours, because of the four rest stops for sightseeing and the driver's smooth driving, I didn't feel too tired at the end of the day. Overall, I would recommend it.

Not only did we visit Milford Sound, but the guide also stopped at various other spots along the way, giving us time to take photos. The time management was excellent, and we were able to take sufficient breaks at the rest stops. We had booked a picnic lunch, and they provided a delicious and satisfying lunch set. If I had to suggest one thing, it would be helpful for Japanese people who don't understand English to provide information about the in-car Wi-Fi on a printed sheet of paper instead of just verbally. Milford Sound tours are heavily dependent on the weather, but it's great that they allow flexible and free changes to the tour date based on the local weather forecast if you have a backup day. Our guide, Matthew, was also very friendly and easy to talk to! I highly recommend this tour.
