The guide was wonderful, a friendly guy who loves and respects nature and animals. Suggestion: Improve the directions on the bus departure point. The information we received with the booking wasn't clear. Just write "in front of the shop."

A very comprehensive visit, as we toured the park and saw all the animal species up close. We even got to feed some of them in small groups – it was fantastic! Doing the tour in the morning is ideal because we were able to see all the animal families in the park in a more private setting! Our guide, Tom, was very engaging and knowledgeable about all the species. We could ask him as many questions as we wanted, and he always answered them. We absolutely recommend this excursion.
