There was no need to contact tech support. Everything else was fine. The only thing was, it seemed to me that the plan ended one day early. But that's my problem, I didn't mark the start date.

I used it in Aarhus, Denmark; Byunilis and Kaunas, Lithuania; and Bologna, Venice, and Milan, Italy. It took about 5 minutes to connect after entering Denmark, but after that, it was reliable and problem-free. My stay was 3 weeks, but when I called the toll-free number to check my remaining data, the call was in Chinese, which I couldn't understand. Accessing the website required logging in, which was frankly confusing. I think it would be even better if there were more explanations regarding these things. That said, overall, I would recommend it.
