This was the most bang for the buck experience of our trip to Turkey. Four of us, my best friends, booked our hot air balloon trip over a month in advance. During the National Day holiday, we were worried by the price hikes and cancellations. But not only did the company not backstab us, they kept their promise for the first flight and even upgraded us to a non-affiliated seat for free. The customer service was patient, professional, efficient, and incredibly reliable. Everything made this amazing trip possible. Thank you to the company for making our dream come true. Hot air ballooning in Cappadocia is definitely a must-do!
