This was a great tour! Our driver was just for the 2 of us. Ziplining was so much fun. The crew there did a great job. After ziplining we drove to see the sloths and monkeys. They were so much fun! We paid an extra $10 each for them to take all the pictures and for the 2 of us, there were over 400 pictures! Once we were done there we were taken to the last stop where we boarded a boat for snorkeling. We were then dropped back off at the cruise port with plenty of time to do for shopping before heading back to the ship. I would highly recommend this tour. It was a great way to see the best of Roatan in a day.★

This whole experience was amazing! I highly recommend MJ Tours and Adventures! I assumed we would be on a bus or van with a large group. I was pleasantly surprised when we met Alfredo, our personal guide just for my husband and I. We had received directions on where to meet up and had no problem finding them. He drove us to the animal sanctuary where we interacted with some monkeys and parrots, then got a very up close look at some sloths- even a mama with a baby. When we were done there, Alfredo drove us the beach area and helped us reserve some loungers at the beach club. He even checked on us periodically to make sure we had everything we needed. When we were ready, he offered to stop by a souvenir shop and a photo op at the Roatan sign. He gave us an interesting history of the island as we drove around he and my husband chatted about baseball. I feel like we made a new friend! Such a great day!★

This excursion was absolutely awesome. Beny with Five Star Tours was super.
He was friendly, knows staff at the venues which also had it's perks.
It's a short walk to get to the independent tour operators but if it's not raining the opportunity to stretch the legs was nice.★

I had a solo/private tour with Fabian (I’m pretty sure that’s what his name was).
Being a solo traveler, I’m used to being tacked on to another group or just being part of a much larger group. This tour was great though- sat shotgun in a newer and very comfortable Toyota Hilux and has a great conversation throughout the entire tour (which, in addition to the stops, featured spectacular northern and southern views).
The chocolate shop and rum cake factory/rum distiller were nice- I bought chocolate and sampled some very smooth rum (which I couldn’t buy due to not having luggage space). The monkey and sloth park, however, was absolutely the highlight. While not particularly expansive, I got to hold a sloth and play with monkeys. A truly up close and personal experience.
I would absolutely use this company again for tours the next time I’m in Roatán.
