The one-day tour of Mount Fuji was excellent. Our guide, Hiraki, was fluent in English, Japanese, and Mandarin, making communication seamless and providing meticulous care for everyone. Fantastic! He even brought a camera to take photos for us, which was incredibly kind of me, a solo traveler. Highly recommended! Best of luck!★

The overall itinerary was well-planned. Although the weather wasn't great, with overcast skies throughout and us missing the chance to see Mount Fuji, which was a slight disappointment, I'm especially grateful to our tour leader, Mr. Chen. His service was meticulous and attentive, and his explanations were clear. My son unfortunately lost his AirPods at a service area, and I was extremely anxious. Thankfully, Mr. Chen kindly helped coordinate with various parties to help retrieve the earphones. Having a reliable tour leader to handle unexpected situations in a foreign country was very reassuring. Mr. Chen was responsible and dependable, and the experience was excellent. I would definitely choose him again and recommend him to everyone.★

Great day to for our family to Mt Fuji. We were lucky to get a glimpse of Mt Fuji as the clouds cleared which is rare in July. Driver was on time, professional and helpful, car was clean. We requested baby seats and they were provided.★

Taking the Skylier from the airport to Ueno, Tokyo was very convenient and comfortable. I bought my ticket through Trip.com and exchanged it for a physical ticket at the airport counter, avoiding queues and saving a lot of time! I'll definitely take the Skylier again next time I'm in Tokyo.★

A huge thank you to Director Liu for giving us a joyful, relaxing, and rewarding day. His explanations were engaging and informative, providing a wealth of new knowledge. He also allowed ample time for rest along the way, ensuring a smooth and professional schedule without rushing or pressure. We saw many elementary school students learning at Dongzhao Temple, and also encountered many Russian tourists. Unfortunately, due to heavy fog and rain, we couldn't see the full view of Huangyan Waterfall, only hearing the loud roar of the water. The most memorable aspects for me were the tranquil lake, the beautiful environment, and the various national treasure-level buildings featured in the film, especially Longming Temple. A truly worthwhile trip!★

Coco, our tour leader, was very professional, and we had a wonderful time. Thank you for your enthusiastic guidance; we thoroughly enjoyed the tour. The entire trip was packed with activities, and the tour leader recommended different restaurants at various attractions, which was perfect for us food lovers! Next time we come to Japan, we will definitely join a tour led by Coco again :)
