I was traveling alone, but didn't want to rush to the meeting point early in the morning. I saw that the 9-person group tour with hotel pick-up required a minimum of two people to book, so I contacted customer service and paid the difference to book smoothly. The 9-person group tour was arranged with a minivan, driven by a young man named Timo. He picked me up from the hotel on time, and the itinerary was well-planned and smooth throughout the trip. He was very attentive and nice.
The weather was fantastic that day; the snow-capped peak of Mount Fuji was breathtaking, and the flowers in Oishi Park and Lake Kawaguchi were in full bloom. It was truly a worthwhile trip!★

Purchasing the JR Wide Pass through Trip.com is incredibly convenient. Previously, with other platforms, I had to go to the airport to pick up and exchange the pass, but now I can exchange it electronically and simply show my email address upon arrival in Japan.
