We booked and paid for a 45-minute helicopter flight. 24 hours beforehand, we received notification that the flight would be shortened to 30 minutes due to turbulence over the North Rim. We only received a refund for the difference between the shorter and longer flights. It was a great experience, but the longer tour offers much better value for money!

eSIM was easy to installed. I tap on the phone from the order and done in about 3 minutes, activate data roaming and off you go, can access everything from WhatsApp to YouTube. Google in China. Speed outs good and upload is fast. Chew through data a bit.

At first, I was a bit skeptical. We had to check in and watch a video, you see. Then, we spent 45 minutes sitting in a waiting area where they had forgotten about us. As a compromise, we were given the front seats 'for free'. These seats don't cost anything extra anyway, but they are based on weight, so a special offer? We received a card with our seat number on it from a man who paid us absolutely no attention otherwise. We noticed ourselves that these weren't the right seats at all, and when we pointed this out, he just laughed stupidly. The lady behind the welcome desk was also clearly irritated. Next, this man sat next to us watching Reels with the volume on maximum, which was very annoying and unprofessional. Fortunately, the tour itself made up for everything, because it is truly fantastic! It was pure enjoyment from the moment we stepped into the helicopter until we were back on the ground. The Grand Canyon helicopter tour is one of the most beautiful tours ever! Despite our initial reaction, highly recommended!

We had a wonderful tour of the South Rim of the Grand Canyon with our guide Michelle Cole of the Pink Adventure Tours. She was VERY knowledgeable, made our trip a fun one and we want to thank her for making this a memorable experience for us. We loved the trivia she shared with us!
