BEFORE the tour: They contacted me in advance and created a group chat to keep me informed about the logistics (hotel pickup, etc.) since I was the only foreigner and I don't speak Mandarin Chinese. DURING the tour: The driver communicated with me very regularly about what we were going to do, the time spent at each location, and what we would do next. This way, I was kept informed of everything that was happening. Overall, everything was well-organized and aligned with the Trip itinerary. A nearly personalized experience from beginning to end.

Highly recommended! You can see really wide meadows, and the sunset is absolutely amazing. Since you have to watch the sunset, a long jacket is a must. I almost caught a cold... The driver was super friendly too. The photos are terrible... I can't believe how cool they turned out... Definitely recommend it.

We book the private car for our family. The car is large and comfortable. Driver Xia is very friendly and willing to help. She even help us take photos and guide us through the attractions. We are overall satisfied with the service.
