This is always one of our favorite excursions. We took our friends who have never been on it . Great way to see the beauty of the island while kayaking down the Wailua River. The hike to the falls is pretty easy. You will be crossing in water so wear appropriate water/hiking or tennis shoes. The reward at the end is the beautiful waterfall. Levi , our guide, was probably the best we have had in the 4-5 times doing this ( and we've had really good guides each time). He was knowledgeable, friendly and made sure everyone was safe and had a good time . Oh , he also played his ukulele and sang to us as we hiked and he was amazing! Thanks Levi!
