The service was incredibly responsive throughout. I inquired months in advance, and the staff were all very friendly. Our guide, Mr. Long, was also fantastic! His service was absolutely amazing – a superb smile! His driving skills were top-notch, he was very punctual, and we chatted and laughed the whole way. He even recommended some attractions and good restaurants! He was also very thoughtful (providing directions to restrooms, dining options, etc.). The weather was perfect too! Absolutely amazing! They also have tours to Izu!! And this year's mild winter meant the cherry blossoms in Izu bloomed a few days ago! Everyone, go for it!!! Contact the shop and make your plans now!!! Be sure to wear sunscreen, as the sun is incredibly strong!!★

Joining a small group of 9 for a one-day tour of Mount Fuji, the driver managed the time perfectly throughout, and with the weather cooperating, we had a wonderful time at all six attractions! A huge thumbs up to the driver!
Unfortunately, the driver wasn't a professional tour guide, and we, sitting in the back, couldn't hear him clearly about every location and meeting time, which was a small disappointment.★

This trip to Mount Fuji was absolutely worth it! The crystal-clear mountain scenery was breathtaking, every view was like a painting. Our tour guide, Mianmian, was incredibly dedicated, meticulously planning the itinerary, providing detailed and engaging explanations, and even thoughtfully taking countless beautiful photos of everyone's smiles against the backdrop of Mount Fuji's magnificence. I had such an amazing trip to Mount Fuji! The weather was absolutely perfect that day, Mount Fuji looked so clear and majestic. I was able to take beautiful photos at every single spot. Truly one of the best views I’ve ever seen!
Special thanks to Dragon, our travel guide, who shared so much interesting information about the history of Mount Fuji. It made the experience even more meaningful and not just about sightseeing.

Just a small suggestion for next time, it would be great if there were some light snacks or complimentary drinks provided, especially for guests who didn’t prepare anything, since the trip doesn’t include a formal meal time in the schedule.
