After playing ball, I soaked in the bath for three hours by myself. I felt completely refreshed afterwards, and then went back to the office to sleep until dawn. The baths are categorized by temperature, with the highest temperature reaching 44 degrees Celsius and the lowest being room temperature. There are steam rooms available, so you can enjoy a sauna. Shampoo and shower gel are provided in the shower area; just bring your own towel.

Paddling slowly along the waterway allowed me to enjoy the surrounding pastoral scenery and natural landscape, all while reveling in the joy of paddling. The instructor explained everything very carefully and patiently guided me through the paddling techniques, making it easy for even first-timers to get the hang of it quickly. Paddling, chatting, and taking photos with friends created a very relaxed atmosphere, making it a truly special and memorable experience!
