Mr. Luo was very meticulous and patient. He checked our information and explained things we needed to be aware of several times the day before the trip. On the morning of the trip, he arrived at the departure point on time to pick us up. Along the way, he explained the entire trip to us and shared many stories about the Naxi people, which were very helpful, especially for us as foreign tourists. We were also very lucky to see the sunrise over the mountains that day.★

Thank you to our guide, Mr. Hu, for leading us on a day trip to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. Mr. Hu is reliable and responsible. Before departure, he meticulously reminded us of precautions against cold, sun, and altitude sickness, and explained how to use oxygen cylinders. The itinerary was well-planned, with appropriate time allocation for the cable car and Blue Moon Valley, maintaining a relaxed pace. The entire trip was a pure sightseeing tour with no shopping stops. He also cared about the health of the group members and recommended photo spots. There are two areas for improvement: his Mandarin is not very standard, making some content difficult to understand; and his explanations along the way were somewhat straightforward and lacked engaging elements. Overall, the trip was smooth and safe.★

The driver was experienced, familiar with the high-altitude roads, and reminded us of altitude sickness precautions, driving steadily. The entire trip was a pure sightseeing tour with no shopping stops, and the food and accommodation arrangements were well-planned.
