Sainte-Cecile Cathedral of Albi and the adjacent Palais de la Berbie are two of Albi's most famous ancient buildings. Sainte-Cecile Cathedral of Albi was first built in the 4th century and serves as the cathedral of the Catholic Archdiocese of Albi. After being destroyed by fire in the 7th century, it was restored in 920 AD. During the 12th–14th centuries, it was rebuilt as a Romanesque stone church, becoming a medieval Gothic-style building. It is said that the cathedral's masterful brick construction is truly rare in the world, and the polychrome sculptures on the interior rood screen, as well as the painting "The Last Judgment," are also quite famous.Albi · 19.9 km from Gaillac

Must go! With the tickets, no need to queue very long. Can easily spend 2-3 hrs there! In mid-October, the sunset is late, getting in around 5pm, we can enjoy fully the light changes inside.

It's best to go for photos when the sun is shining. They offer free audio guides with headphones, which is very convenient. They even have Chinese-language audio guides available. You can see the Sagrada Familia from the rooftop. Pretty good.

The Cathedral of Saint-Cecile in Albi is an ancient church with a history of more than 600 years. There are very delicate and ancient carvings on the gatehouse of the church, and the interior of the church is deep and mysterious, giving people a sacred feeling. There are many believers who come to pray every day, and it is very solemn.

A hidden gem in Barcelona's Gothic Quarter. This museum offers an exceptional exhibition from beginning to end and is truly a must-see. While Picasso's masterpieces are the main attraction, the temporary and featured exhibitions are equally impressive. The museum is beautifully curated, and the admission fee is very reasonable, making it one of the best cultural experiences I have ever had.
