Peggy's Coveis located approx. 43 km southwest of Halifax in Nova Scotia, Canada. It is a small fishing village facing the Atlantic Ocean and one of the most iconic coastal views in the area. The village is spread across a massive granite formation, with white boulders, smoothed by waves and glaciers, extending from the village entrance to the water's edge. Colorful fishing shacks, docks, and lobster traps dot the landscape, creating a picturesque scene that has long attracted photographers and painters. The origin of the village's name is a subject of much debate, but the most popular version involves a shipwreck survivor—people called her "Peggy," and the village was named after her.Halifax · 31.9 km from downtown

Built in 1915, the lighthouse sits among vast granite rocks, facing the Atlantic Ocean, and has long served as a navigational guide for nearby maritime traffic. There is a small video room where you can watch the story of the Titanic. There is even a clothing store that sells jackets printed with the Titanic.

The stories of the older generation of Canadian immigrants are here, and they are so touching that you can't help but cry. This used to be the landing point for immigrants, the dock for passenger ships, and the place where immigration procedures were handled. There are transfer guides inside, and you can listen to them carefully explain the immigration stories of those days.
