Baotu Spring
Baotu Spring is located in the bustling downtown area of Jinan, bordered by Qianfo Mountain to the south, Daming Lake attraction to the north, and connected to Quancheng Square to the east. The hotel staff were all very friendly and the environment was fantastic. We could easily visit the old town countless times a day, making it especially suitable for families with children and elderly members. The value for money was excellent, especially the receptionists – a huge thumbs up! 👍 The shows in the old town were wonderful, especially the water show – don't miss it! I personally think it's even better than the National Show!

Convenient, just scan the code to enter. It's a combined A and B hall, with a single-line design so you don't backtrack… Just follow the signs. At the end of the two halls, there's a free beer area; you can get two. The second one was replaced with hot beer tea, which was also quite nice… At the exit, there's a souvenir shop. The beer mugs were in secure packaging to prevent them from tipping over, so I searched online for the same model from the official flagship store. The mug arrived home before I even got there!

The Mitian Cave was quite interesting. I thought it would just be a normal cave crawling experience, but once inside, I had to bend over, squat, stand up straight, and even turn sideways to get through. Emerging from the cave entrance, the view opened up dramatically, revealing mountains and the sea – a delightful and romantic surprise…

Baotu Spring is definitely worth a visit. The park is beautiful, and aside from being very crowded, it has no other drawbacks. The three springs are quite large, though the spray isn't very high. Each pool is different, and it's quite interesting to observe closely. Some pools constantly emit small bubbles, and many pools are teeming with koi. However, due to the large number of people feeding them, the fish have become very picky eaters.

The visit to the park was very pleasant. We saw a group of monkeys, played games to earn silver coins to exchange for small gifts, and the gifts were quite nice. The Water Curtain Cave featured several segments on display, which were quite interesting. After spending most of the day there, it was definitely worth the price.

The former residence of Wang Xizhi, the Sage of Calligraphy, is located in the urban area of Linyi City. The park has a particularly beautiful and comfortable environment, especially the bamboo shoots after the rain. The tender bamboo shoots are sprouting from the ground, and I have never seen such tender bamboo shoots before. They are everywhere.

In late October, the cable car was closed for maintenance for two days, but thankfully there was a sightseeing bus available. The scenic area has many stone carvings, and there was a short film about the Monkey King in the Water Curtain Cave. The mountaintop is Jade Maiden Peak, the highest peak in Jiangsu Province, offering panoramic views of Lianyungang. There are also some old artifacts and restored pieces from the Wanli period.
