- Fine White Sand: Boasting one of the few white sand beaches on the Big Island, the sand is soft and fine, a stark contrast to the common black volcanic rock beaches.
- Calm Waters: A coral reef near the shore effectively reduces waves, making the water relatively calm, perfect for swimming, snorkeling, and bodyboarding, and very family-friendly.
- "Turtle Beach": This is a frequent haunt and resting place for green sea turtles (Honu). With luck, you might spot them on the beach or in the shallow water.

You can see many turtles in the place, and there are really few tourists here. At the same time, the scenery here is also very good. There are not only a lot of flowers and plants, but also very beautiful sea views.
