Jinxiu Shengtang Mountain Scenic Area
Shengtangshan Scenic Area is a national 4A level scenic area located southwest of Jinxiu County, approximately 38 kilometers away. The scenic area covers an area of 150 square kilometers and is composed of seven towering and peculiar peaks with an altitude of over 1600 meters. The peak of Shengtang Mountain, with an altitude of 1979 meters, is the highest peak in central Guangxi and the fifth highest peak in Guangxi; The peak landform is composed of Devonian purple red massive rocks and quartz sandstone. Our last stop in Liuzhou was the Panwangjie Scenic Area of Dayao Mountain, known as "Little Zhangjiajie." A chartered car from Liuzhou took about 1.5 hours to get there, and the entire walk was approximately 8 kilometers. The scenic area has two levels. We took a cable car up the mountain, explored the upper level first, then took an elevator down to the lower level to see all the sights. After that, we took the elevator back up to the upper level, and finally took the cable car down. Our driver, Mr. Ling, drove smoothly and planned the time well. Our three-day chartered car trip ended happily.

The facilities are rather basic; there's no cable car, and it takes 2-3 hours to get up the mountain. But I love these less crowded, semi-wild mountains. The sea of clouds is beautiful, but the rest of the scenery is just average, depending on the season.

We have been to Xiangzhou Guxiang Hot Spring and it was great. There are villas near the river, which can accommodate two or three families. There is a hot spring pool in the villa, where you can barbecue and cook. There is also a large pool area, which you can walk to directly. It is great. We went there on March 3, which is a festival unique to Guangxi. It is fun and unforgettable. It is not far away and you can go there often.

The depths of the mountains are worth seeing! The guide says that the negative ion content is extremely high. When I arrived at the forest area, the air was very fresh! The water was very clear, and I could see the bottom. The mountains were very green, and there were many trees and bushes. It was a little rainy, and I went boating on the river. I felt so refreshed! It is a recommended place. The mountain road is winding, so people who are prone to motion sickness should prepare in advance!

It was a pity that the park was closed and we couldn't go in. We stayed at the gate to play with the monkeys. I don't like bread, but I'm more interested in peanuts and fruits. The monkeys are also very cute and interesting when keeping a safe distance. Finally, it's quite interesting to go to Liuduan Village to see the thousand-year-old yew. [Fun]

Hidden in Wuxuan is the Baiyacao Grand Canyon, a secret paradise. Verdant mountains, cascading waterfalls, and crystal-clear waters soothe the soul; a stroll through it is a truly therapeutic experience. However, even though it's nearing autumn, I found caterpillars on many of the railings. Although I avoided touching them, their hairs likely got on my exposed arms, causing redness, swelling, itching, and pain that lasted for days…
