Things to do in Long'an

It was so much fun! The monkeys were incredibly cute and well-cared for; it was a perfect example of harmonious coexistence between humans and nature. The biggest surprise was that there were no forced performances to attract visitors! Every single monkey seemed to be thriving! My friends and I had a fantastic time and will definitely go again! The energy was amazing, and I was happy even on the way back to my dorm. The only regret was not getting to touch any of the monkeys. I hope next time the guide can introduce some well-behaved monkeys for us to pet! There were also four adorable yellow monkeys in the shuttle area.

Gengwang Lake, with its source coming from Buquan River, is a seasonal natural lake located at the junction of Buquan, Nanwei and Pingshan townships, near Jiuwang Village, Silian Village, Nanwei Town and Xinwang Village, Bangning, Nanwei Town. Gengwang Lake has different scenery in each season, so it is also known as the "Face-Changing Lake". It is a typical karst terrain with an excellent ecological environment, with beautiful scenery and clear waters.

This place is the best for taking a bamboo raft. The river water is very clean. It is surrounded by mountains and has a specially created lake view. The evening and afternoon are good times for taking photos. It is a good scenic spot for a two-hour visit. The key is that it is free.

1. I never went during my years studying in Nanning, but thanks to my son, I got to visit. It was tiring, but incredibly fun. A great place for families where kids can burn off energy while adults stay entertained. 2. It was during summer vacation, so it was quite crowded. The only regret was not getting a chance to take photos with the giant water lilies. My son keeps talking about it, saying he'll definitely go earlier next time to queue. 3. The best route is to take the sightseeing bus directly to the top of the mountain and then walk down, which is less tiring.

It was excellent. The signs were clear, the facilities were complete, there were accessible pathways, and it was friendly to people with mobility issues. The restrooms were clean, and the scenery was absolutely stunning during the water-use period! However, the road conditions to the scenic area weren't great. I avoided holidays for a much better experience!

I was very satisfied with my two-day trip to Meizhou Island. Renting an electric car to explore the island was a lot of fun. Crocodile Mountain is really beautiful. I recommend arriving around 4 pm when it's not too sunny. You can spend two hours there and catch the last shuttle bus. I also really liked the spot at Dripstone Screen, where I saw the sunset, which was perfect.

Driving to Xiaoqikong in October offers pleasant weather and comfortable conditions. As a 5A scenic area, its infrastructure and services have greatly improved compared to ten years ago. Entering from the west gate and exiting from the east, the combination of shuttle buses and walking is very convenient. Inside the scenic area, the ancient bridge reflected in the emerald lake exudes a strong sense of history. Waterfalls like Wolong and Laya cascade down, creating a misty spray. Walking past the 68-tiered waterfall feels like a gentle breeze flowing through your heart, allowing you to blend into nature. The emerald lake, like a green gemstone, is full of romantic moments—a true green wonderland. It's poetry, music, art; a masterpiece of nature. Highly recommended!

This 4A-level scenic spot is excellent value; if located in the Yangtze River Delta region, it would easily be a 5A-level attraction. The scenery is beautiful, with clear waters and lush mountains, and it boasts distinct Zhuang ethnic characteristics. The businesses within the scenic area are all run by local residents; there are no Yiwu goods.

Chongzuo Jingxi Tongling Grand Canyon and Gulongshan Grand Canyon are connected, but they are two separate scenic areas, each operated independently. Tongling is known for its large waterfall, which is over 188 meters high and has a large volume of water, making it quite spectacular.
