Qinghai Menyuan Ten-Thousand-Mu Flower Sea
Qinghai Menyuan Ten-Thousand-Mu Flower Sea is located at the southern foot of the Qilian Mountains and the northern side of Daban Mountain, at an altitude of approx. 2,600–3,200 m, and is one of the larger rapeseed planting areas in northern China. This place is incredibly expensive, and the 20 RMB shuttle bus is such a great deal; I'd probably pay around 40 RMB myself. On the way up, you can see snow-capped mountains from around the world and their corresponding altitudes. The ride takes about 15 to 25 minutes.
Once you're up, you'll see 3-4 interconnected lakes, but there are 7-8 in total. The first 2-3 lakes have a very deep blue color, and the later lakes gradually change to a grayish-yellow hue. I recommend bringing a drone to capture distant views of the lakes, mountains, sky, clouds, grasslands, etc. If it's cold, the scenic area provides a small heated room to wait for the shuttle.
Overall, it's excellent value, beautiful scenery, and the service is excellent.

Unfortunately, the flowers had faded and there was no one around, but that actually allowed the scenery to be fully appreciated. It was wonderful. I think even without people, the snow-capped mountains, grasslands, and blue skies were in their purest and most natural state.

Daban Mountain is located at the junction of Datong and Menyuan counties in Qinghai Province. It is a major transportation route from Gansu to Qinghai. Among the many mountains on the Qinghai Plateau, Daban Mountain is famous because of its special location. Daban Mountain is one of the three best places to view rapeseed flowers in Menyuan. It is about 30 kilometers away from Haomen Town. When the rapeseed flowers are in full bloom, many tourists will come here to see the rapeseed flowers all over the mountains.

The scenery is great and I had a great time with my family. Six wonders: Zhaobi Mountain has six wonders: "Zhaobi Ningcui, Sunrise over the Sea of Clouds, Sunset over the Long River, Zhaobi Mountain Moon, Snowy South Mountain, and Rainbow over the Sea of Flowers". The top of the mountain is densely covered with primitive spruce forests, and the hillsides are covered with shrubs. It is green all year round and the scenery is spectacular.

The scenery of Dabashan is charming, with blue sky, white clouds, snow-capped mountains, and herds of cattle and sheep. It is very beautiful, with a wide field of view and a refreshing feeling. It is very cost-effective and a good choice, great!
