Shinshoji Temple is located in Narita City, not far from Narita Airport. It is one of the few famous temples in Japan where people pray for family safety and the elimination of disasters. The temple mainly enshrines King Fudo, who was consecrated by Daishi Kobo. There are various old and new buildings standing side by side in the large temple. The temple includes the main hall, the Niwangmen, the triple pagoda, the Shakya hall and other buildings. There is also a calligraphy art gallery, a history museum, a Buddhist library, etc., in addition to a park that combines traditional Japanese and European styles. In the temple, you can enjoy cherry blossoms, rattan flowers, hydrangea and other plants in different seasons, and red leaves in autumn. In addition, there are many shops on the pilgrimage road in front of the temple.Narita · 1.1 km from downtown

Naritasan Omotesando, which still retains the atmosphere of the Edo period, is lined with shops and has the atmosphere of a mountain hot spring town. There are many tourists and it is very lively. There are still several old shops founded in the Edo period along the side of the road, which condenses the charm of a classic street.Narita · 883m from downtown

Sakurayama Park is found near the Narita Airport slide. There are cherry blossoms that flower twice a year (spring, autumn), and it is well known for the winter cherry blossoms of sannbakawa. If the timing is right, you can see the plane landing right in front of you. The glides lit up at night are beautiful. The park has plenty of shade and benches for visitors to relax.Narita · 4 km from downtown

Naritasan Shinshoji Temple There are many shops from Omotesando. Rice crackers, ice cream, souvenirs, it's full of atmosphere. Be careful as there is a lot of traffic.

It was easy to get there by bus from Tokyo Station, and the staff were very kind, so I was able to get around smoothly even though it was my first time at the airport. I would like to use Narita Airport again next time.

Omotesando is actually the shrine's worship road, with crowds of believers and tourists coming and going. Popular shrines are good commercial streets, such as Sensoji Temple and Meiji Jingu Shrine in the center of Tokyo. Although Naritasan Shinshoji is far away from the city center, it is still very popular as an important temple of Shingon Buddhism. Therefore, the commercial street of Omotesando has a certain historical atmosphere and is also well developed in modern times.

DisneySea was honestly so beautiful and magical 🥹💙 I found myself just stopping to admire the scenery because every corner was so pretty! The whole place has such a special atmosphere, and even just walking around and taking everything in was an experience in itself. So glad I got to visit — definitely worth it and an experience I’ll remember for a long time! ✨🌊

Great place to relax and unwind. The price 1400 japanese yen or $11 was for a set of towels and indoor clothes, so it was cheaper than other public baths that I visited and I was able to see the dynamic fountain show festival with beautiful and relaxing sound and mesmerizing light, a special "Water Fireworks" with illumination, and seasonal images,so I was very satisfied. The food was surprisingly delicious as well, you can eat while enjoying watching live show.(It was held during Saturday and Sunday only I think)Please see their website before coming to the place.I enjoyed the Japanese-style scenery with Western-style music. The bath was a normal super public bath. Lotion, milky lotion, and a hair dryer were all provided in the ladies room for free.I bought also their cute plushie signature carrot souvenir with the name of the place YURAKUJO.My daughter love it so much😍

There's a free shuttle bus from Terminal 2 to this hot spring. A 3-hour session costs 1500 yen, or you can stay until 11:59 PM for an additional 1500 yen. The place isn't very big, but it's clean and comfortable. A relaxing soak and light snack before your flight is a great option.
