Things to do in Santa

It was a short stop on our way to Ilocos Norte. Not a lot of activities, however it can be an enjoyable experience if you love animals.

Plaza Burgos is at the heart of Vigan. Located right by the center, it has a paved open spaces and trees. It is also surrounded by beautiful Church, the Capitol, and its where the tour to the Heritage Village along Calle Crisologo starts. It is booming with life specially come night time.

The bell tower under the blue sky and white clouds is quite beautiful, but compared with the church next to it, it looks a bit old, perhaps because it has not been repaired enough, and the bricks and stones on the outer wall have been exposed. Since it is open to the public, you can walk up the steps and climb up the bell tower. From the inside of the bell tower, you can see a particularly wide view of the square and the church.

There is nothing special about boiled duck eggs, but I think no one has ever eaten boiled duck eggs with balut. If you have a chance, you can try it here.
